  SFS is there to help you with any questions you have about your FAFSA, your financial aid package or your bill.
- FAFSA
  
  FAFSA is an acronym for Free Application for Federal Student Aid. You need to complete your FAFSA every academic year to be eligible for financial aid.
- myGCC and Outstanding Requirements
  
  You've completed your FAFSA—what's next?
  All students requesting financial aid assistance at GCC must satisfy their outstanding requirements before their financial aid application can be reviewed.
- Scholarships
  
  Scholarships are a great way to get extra money to support your academic career. GCC has their own scholarships that you are eligibel to apply for, and there are many external scholarships as well.
- Free Community College
  
  Massachusetts has two programs for state residents to get free tuition and fees: MassEducate and MassReconnect.
- "Help! I got a bill..."
  
  Every GCC student will receive a tuition bill in myGCC. If you receive financial aid, your award will pay your bill a few weeks into the semester.
