Adding a YouTube Video to Moodle with the ATTO Text Editor (copy)

1. Begin by opening the YouTube video you want to add to Moodle in one web browser tab and your Moodle forum or page or other ATTO item open in another browser tab.
2. In YouTube, copy the URL of the video (this can be found in the address bar, the share dialogue box, or several places in studio.youtube.com);
   
   
   
   
3. Navigate into Moodle;
4. In the ATTO text editor, paste the URL where you want the video to appear.

If you only see the URL, but not the video, then:

1. Edit the item;
2. Copy the URL;
3. Select the URL;
4. Click the link button in the ATTO text editor;
5. Paste the URL in the "Enter a URL" box;
6. Click "Create link."
