Embedding Google Files, General Settings

Embedding Google Workspaces works best in Moodle pages, forum descriptions, assignment descriptions, and other item descriptions. Embedded content cannot be displayed in forum posts, wikis, or some other Moodle items.

To embed a file:

1. Configure the sharing so that "Everyone with the link" can "view"
2. Under the "File" menu, click "Publish to the web"
3. Click the "Publish" button
4. Click the "Embed" tab (see figure 1)

5. Click the "Embed" tab
6. Copy the entire <iframe> tag (see figure 2)
