Embedding a Form

To embed a Google Form in Moodle:

1. Create the form
2. Click the "Send" button
3. Click the "< >" tab
4. Copy the <iframe> tag
5. Paste the <iframe> tag into the ATTPO html editor
   
   The option to "Automatically collect...email" will not work if you are faculty collecting responses form students
