Screen Sharing & Remote Control

Allowing Others to Share Their Screen

Once the meeting has begun, the host or co-host can click open the "Advanced Sharing Options" in the "Share Screen" menu.

The default settings are shown below. Notice only the host is allowed.

The settings show below will allow the any other individual to host, but they cannot start a share if another is already sharing.

Using Remote Control

Remote control can be granted by the participant who is sharing their screen. In the controls on the top of the screen, choose the participant to whom remote control will be granted. 

The participant whose screen share is being remotely controlled can revoke the permission by opening the "Remote Controlled" menu again and clicking to "Abort Control."
