Zoom Licenses at GCC

GCC own about 150 license for faculty and staff to host Zoom meetings. These are assigned on an "as requested" basis. 

• To get a Zoom license, submit a help ticket.

if a license is available, you will get an "activate your account" email in you GC inbox. If you have registered for a Zoom license with your GCC email address, you will be prompted to transfer you account. Use caution as any scheduled meetings will be lost!

• Licensed Zoom users who have not hosted a meeting in the last 6 months may have their license assigned to another.
