Creating PDF from Productivity Suites
Completion requirements
Productivity suites, (e. g. Microsoft Office, OpenOffice LibreOffice, Google Workspaces, iWork) all include options for exporting, saving, or downloading files (word processing files, presentations, spreadsheets) as PDF files.
The exact commands depends on the suite you have installed and the version you are using. Look for the details in the help for your suite or explore the options under the File menu.
Make sure to pay attention to the location where the PDF is saved. You will need to find it later!
