Below you will find the prepared syllabi templates for the April accessibility deadline. The templates are available in either Google Docs or Microsoft Word format. Please use the format for the software application in which you intend to make your changes; transferring the file between applications can alter the coding in the document which may result in a failed item when running your accessibility checker.  

We encourage you to use Microsoft's Accessibility Checker for Word Docs, and Grackle for Google Docs, and to use Adobe only if you have to. You can view the Adobe Quick Guide here. 

When running Grackle for Google docs, you may notice that the checker passes, but with warnings -- in this situation these warnings are okay, the templates as they currently are meet both the needs of the situation and accessibility standards.
