Planning Ahead

Not every course is offered every semester. 

The frequency of a course offering is called it’s “periodicity”.  

The College Course Catalog lists all of the courses GCC may offer.  To plan ahead, the catalog lists the possible periodicity.  

Here is an example course description from the catalog:

In this example, the course ACC 203 Management Accounting should be offered every Fall and Summer semester.  

This is not always what ends up happening, so we may need to adjust your plan once we see which courses are actually offered.
