Completion requirements
The Women's Resource Center/Office of Basic Needs serves all students (regardless of gender) who are currently enrolled or registered for next semester. Some of the services they offer:
- Advocacy
- Work/school/life balance coaching
- Academic advising
- Financial assistance
- Information and referrals
- Workshops and events
- Resource research and networking

Your first step is to make an appointment by completing the intake form on their webpage or email studentresources@gcc.mass.edu. A staff person will review your application and contact you to set up an appointment (appointments can be conducted via phone, email, text or video conferencing).

- Community Action Pioneer Valley – Family and individual, childcare, emergency services
- Franklin County Regional Housing Authority – Emergency housing assistance
- Franklin County Food Access – Meal sites, food pantries
- Mass.gov Unemployment Insurance – Online application, benefit information
- MASS Fair Housing – Housing discrimination (especially if you are/have been sick)
- Community Legal Aid – Direct assistance with filing unemployment!
- The Stone Soup Cafe – Pay what you can eat meals and meal pick up or delivery
