Hi Kevin it was a pleasure to read your work. I couldn't agree more on the importance of the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments being so crucial in helping African Americans. I like how you included quotes and specifically point out certain "Acts" that had been passed giving credibility to your reasoning. Your interpretation of freedom was insightful and well reasoned, exemplifying how there were obstacles and different ideologies hindering progression. Additionally your work seemed well thought out and included good explanations of the historical context at the time. Look forward to reading future posts from you!
